大家不要一連不上就大聲嚷嚷：“不能下載！不能下載！”。要知道很多時(shí)候是有錯(cuò)誤而并非不能下載，只要能了解錯(cuò)在哪并改正錯(cuò)誤其實(shí)是可以下載的。

下面就具體說說各種錯(cuò)誤及解決辦法：

421錯(cuò)誤 (Too many users,please try again later)

原因：同時(shí)連接該ftp 的人數(shù)過多，一般ftp 網(wǎng)站都有同時(shí)登陸人數(shù)的上限，超過該上限就會(huì)出現(xiàn)421錯(cuò)誤。

解決辦法：在ftp 軟件中，把重試次數(shù)改為999，重試間隔改為30秒以上，一般幾分鐘后就會(huì)連上，要注意的是，有些網(wǎng)站有連接時(shí)間的設(shè)定，連上后，超過一定時(shí)間不下載，就會(huì)自動(dòng)斷開，所以要經(jīng)常去看看有沒有連上。

530“not login"

原因：用戶名或密碼錯(cuò)誤，有些網(wǎng)站每隔一段時(shí)間就要修改密碼，導(dǎo)致原來的密碼無法登陸。 解決方法：獲得正確的密碼，然后登陸。

“連接超時(shí)，無法連接”錯(cuò)誤

原因：該ftp 暫時(shí)關(guān)機(jī)，特別是一些個(gè)人ftp 容易出現(xiàn)該錯(cuò)誤。

解決方法：過一段時(shí)間再試。網(wǎng)站FTP 的開機(jī)時(shí)間一般在9點(diǎn)到23點(diǎn)之間；個(gè)人FTP 的開機(jī)時(shí)間則不一定。

“無法解析域名”

原因1：該ftp 的域名輸入錯(cuò)誤，如漏打一個(gè)字母，使用了全角標(biāo)點(diǎn)等。

解決方法：輸入正確的域名。

原因2：本地的域名解析服務(wù)器壞了（長城寬帶等fttb 容易出現(xiàn)）

解決方法：等本地網(wǎng)絡(luò)修好即可使用，也可以直接輸入ftp 的ip 地址。

原因3：該ftp 修改了域名。

原因4：個(gè)人的ftp 設(shè)置錯(cuò)誤。

解決方法：通知開站的朋友修正。

“only one …… ip address……”

原因1：使用多線程下載，超過該ftp 允許的線程。

解決方法：看看自己是不是已經(jīng)與該ftp 有了連接，如果有了就不要再開新的連接。如果沒用看原因2。

原因2：局域網(wǎng)內(nèi)有其他人連接了該ftp （長城寬帶等fttb 容易出現(xiàn)）

解決方法：等幾個(gè)小時(shí)，別人斷開后，再連接該ftp 。

“連接拒絕”

原因：恭喜你，你的ip 已經(jīng)被該ftp 封了。

解決方法：等一段時(shí)間（由該ftp 設(shè)定，半小時(shí)到一天不等），才能連接該ftp 。如果是隨機(jī)

獲得ip 地址的話，也可以斷開網(wǎng)絡(luò)，重播上網(wǎng)，前提是ip 前三檔不能完全一樣。

“only client……”

原因：一般是用flashfxp 連接非21端口的ftp 站點(diǎn)。

解決方法：打開被動(dòng)模式。

連接后空目錄

原因1：與上面的錯(cuò)誤相似。

解決方法：打開被動(dòng)模式。

原因2：網(wǎng)站不支持list 命令
