This Change of Registrar Agreement is submitted for the purpose of applying to change the registrar of record of a domain name to ERANET INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. (we)
?申請者需承諾以下條款
applicant (you) represent and warrant that:
?1.在申請時提供完整正確的信息；
the information provided to ERANET INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. in connection with your application is accurate and complete;
2.擁有該域名的所有權；
you are the rightful holder of the registration for the domain name;
3.與當前註冊服務商之間無任何費用拖欠；
you are not in default on any obligations you may owe to the current registrar;
4.確保域名處於正常狀態(tài),與任何正在解決的域名爭議及糾紛無關；
you are not party to any dispute resolution proceeding concerning your use or registration of the domain name;
5.該域名在當前註冊服務商處註冊已正式生效或續(xù)費生效超過 60 天；
your registration of the domain name with the current registrar has been in effect for at least 60 days，or renewal exceed 60 days;
6.申請者向時代互聯(lián)提出申請,要求為域名提供註冊商服務, 但在域名轉移正式生效前,我方對此域名不負有任何責任。
